One of the things that has always motivated me is fast-paced environments. When things move too slowly, I tend to get bored, so this is something that I'm looking for in whatever organization I end up joining. I love fast paced environments because they keep my mind racing and seem to foster creativity. I also seem to like the impact that they have on my overall energy level. So, that's reason #7.
